REU Program in Optoelectronic Materials - Mississippi State University

The Mississippi State University Chemical Engineering Department seeks applicants for an interdisciplinary NSF-supported summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program. Students who have completed their freshman year of college and who have not yet graduated can participate Summer Research Program activities in Optoelectronic Materials. The selected students work on a research project under the direction of a faculty mentor in the Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. The students will have the opportunities to participate in professional development, social and outreach activities. Student participants will receive a $6,000 stipend, a housing and meal plan for ten weeks, and travel assistance.

Program Dates: May 30 – August 4, 2023 (10 weeks)
