Kansas NSF EPSCoR 2025 Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program.

 
In this program, students will spend the summer in Kansas conducting cutting-edge research that contributes to important societal challenges, including:
  • Historical and current social inequities in infrastructure
  • Disaster planning and preparation
  • Rural and urban infrastructure challenges and solutions
  • Resilience of water, energy, and transportation system
Students will gain:
  • A stipend of $7,000
  • Summer housing and a meal plan
  • Professional and research skills
Eligibility:
  • Must be undergraduates who have completed their first year of college.
  • Must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or permanent residents.
Program dates:
May 27 to Aug 1, 2025.
Students from all majors are encouraged to apply by Feb 17.
