I have mentored about 20 undergraduate engineering students during my career at UNR. Most have done lab work, learning new skills, working closely with graduate students and post-doctoral research fellows. A number of these students have gone to graduate school after graduating from UNR.

Waste to energy conversion, biomass pre-treatment for bioenergy, applications of fluidization and chemical looping combustion.
